BULIVARD EVENTS
INFO
Tickets, address drops, entry rules, vendor requests, partner questions, and the stuff guests ask before the doors open.
Tickets & QR
Your ticket lives in your email.
Use the same email at checkout that you can access on your phone. The ticket page and QR code are what door staff scans.
- One QR works for one entry and can only be scanned once.
- Do not screenshot or post your QR publicly.
- If you cannot find your email, open /guest and enter your checkout email.
Address Drops
Some locations stay private until the drop is ready.
If an event has a hidden address, the public event page will say so. When the address is public, the event page shows the location and an Open in Maps link.
- Check the event page before you leave.
- Watch @bulivardevents for same-day updates.
- Do not trust random address screenshots from group chats.
Entry & Safety
Door rules are there so the night can run smooth.
Security and door staff can refuse entry for safety reasons, fake tickets, or rule violations. Event-specific rules always override general info.
- No weapons, fighting, or threatening behavior.
- Bag, dress code, and age rules can change by event.
- Arrive with your QR ready and your group together.
Lost & Found
Lost something at a drop? Send the details fast.
Bulivard is not responsible for lost or damaged items, but we can check what was turned in after an event.
- Send the event name, item, color, brand, and where you last had it.
- Include your name and best contact email.
- Valuable items may require proof before pickup.
Vendors
Food, merch, photo booths, pop-ups, and event add-ons.
Vendor spots depend on the event, space, power needs, setup time, and whether the product fits the crowd.
- Send what you sell, your Instagram, setup size, and the event you want.
- Food vendors should be ready to share permit or safety details when needed.
- Approved vendors get arrival and load-in instructions before doors.
Sponsors & Partnerships
Brands can get in front of the room without forcing it.
Partnerships now have their own page for brands, vendors, creators, schools, venues, and sponsors that want to be part of a drop.
- Flyer placement, recap content, booth space, and giveaway moments can be packaged.
- Partnerships are for longer-term venue, creator, brand, or school collabs.
- Good fits should feel natural to the event, not random.
FAQ
Quick answers
Where do I find my ticket?
Your ticket is sent to the email used at checkout. If you cannot find it, go to /guest and enter that checkout email.
What if I did not get the email?
Check spam first, then open bulivard.events/guest and enter your checkout email. If it still does not show, DM @bulivardevents.
Can free tickets sell out?
Yes. Free still has a capacity. Once the event is full, the ticket tier closes.
When does the address drop?
Some drops keep the address hidden until closer to the event. Once public, it appears on the event page and may be sent with ticket updates.
Can someone else use my QR?
Each QR is meant for one guest and can only be scanned once. Do not post your QR publicly.
Do I need my photo?
If checkout asks for a photo, use a clear face photo. It helps with guest identity and may appear in the public attending section.
