Privacy policy

Know what you share, who can see it, and how to stay in control.

Who we are

Bulivard LLC, Florida, USA operates BLVD (Bulivard Events). This policy covers our event discovery, ticketing, organizer and social website features, including pages hosted for organizers. Contact help@blvd.events with privacy questions. An organizer may also have its own privacy notice for information it receives.

Information you provide

Depending on the features you use, we collect your name, username, email address or phone number, birthday, optional bio and social handles, and an account photo required to complete a new signup; saved events, follows, RSVPs and attendance preferences; event and ticket selections, registration answers, parking vehicle details and check-in records; content you publish; and support conversations. Organizer information includes event details, team membership, business information and payment-connection status. Provide only information needed for the relevant feature, and obtain permission before providing information about another person.

Payments and verification

Stripe processes card and wallet payments and organizer payment onboarding. BLVD receives transaction identifiers, amounts, status and information needed to reconcile purchases, refunds and disputes. Full card numbers and card security codes are entered through Stripe, not stored in BLVD’s application database. When you request phone verification, Twilio processes your number and verification request to send and check a sign-in code. Verification texts are not enrollment in event marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply.

Technical information

Our service providers and website process connection and device information, such as IP addresses, browser details, request logs, security signals and cookies needed for sign-in, fraud prevention and reliable operation. We also use preferences and, where enabled and permitted by your choices, event interactions and referral information to understand usage. Location search uses the place or search you enter; device location is requested separately when a feature needs it.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, display events and profiles, process bookings, deliver tickets and essential updates, check admission and parking, provide support, manage organizer access, detect abuse, maintain security, measure permitted usage and comply with legal obligations. Where consent is required for an optional use, we ask for it separately. Withdrawing optional consent does not prevent necessary order, security or account processing.

Public profiles and event teams

Your public username, display name, bio and content you publish can be seen by visitors and may appear in search engines. Profile photo and attendance visibility follow your settings. Private and unlisted events are excluded from public profile attendance history. Public posts, comments and published listings may remain visible separately from attendance settings. Event organizers and authorized team members receive booking, contact, registration and attendance information needed to operate their event. Parking staff may receive vehicle and parking-pass details. A private event link is not a guarantee that invited people will keep its details confidential.

Account photos and entry photos

Your account photo is separate from a photo supplied for ticket-entry verification. Entry photos have their own consent and access controls and are not automatically used as your public profile photo. The entry-photo retention option shown when collected controls its permitted use. Public guest-wall participation has a separate visibility choice. Contact support to request removal or help changing these choices.

Providers and other disclosures

We share information with providers that help host and secure the website, store media, authenticate users, deliver email or verification codes, process payments, and provide requested maps or media. These include Cloudflare, Stripe, Twilio, Resend and Google services where used. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries. We may disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or safety concerns, enforce agreements or protect rights, and as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. Organizer use outside BLVD is subject to that organizer’s responsibilities and notices.

Cookies and privacy choices

Essential cookies support sign-in, security and checkout. We count eligible public event-page responses in daily totals without storing visitor identifiers, IP addresses, or referrers in those counters. These are views, not unique people; repeat visits can count again. Obvious bots and prefetches are excluded, and browser privacy signals are respected. Aggregate counters are retained for up to 90 days. You can control optional analytics through the website’s analytics preferences where offered, and use your browser’s cookie controls. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or checkout. Our optional event analytics and attribution controls respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. These signals do not stop necessary payment, security or operational records. We do not sell personal information for money. Contact us about any applicable right to opt out of other forms of sharing or targeted advertising.

Retention and security

We retain information for the purposes described here, taking into account active accounts, completed and pending orders, disputes, fraud prevention, legal duties and the ability to resolve support requests. Some transaction, consent and security records must remain after an account or content is removed. Entry-photo use is limited by its selected retention period. Backups and legally required records may take longer to expire. Access controls and other safeguards reduce risk, but no service can promise absolute security.

Your rights and requests

You can edit profile information and visibility in settings, remove an account photo, and manage available email and analytics preferences. To request access, correction, a copy, deletion, account closure or other applicable privacy rights, email help@blvd.events or submit a privacy request through Help & support. Describe the request without sending passwords, sign-in codes or full card details. We may verify identity and an authorized agent’s authority before releasing or changing information. Rights, exceptions and response periods depend on applicable law. We explain a refusal and any available appeal; you may also contact the relevant regulator. We do not retaliate for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Age and international use

The website is not intended for children under 13, and event age restrictions may be higher. If you believe a child under 13 supplied information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Parents and guardians may contact us about a child’s account. The service is operated from the United States; local rights can apply when you use it elsewhere. Where applicable, processing may rely on providing the requested service, legal duties, legitimate interests or your consent.

Changes and contact

The date above identifies this version. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required and seek consent where a new use requires it. Contact Bulivard LLC at help@blvd.events for questions about this policy or an accessible copy.
