Refunds & cancellations

Plans change. Here’s what happens to your booking.

Updated September 24, 2026 · Bulivard LLC

If an event is canceled

Organizers must refund the amount paid for a canceled event, including mandatory buyer fees and event-linked parking that will not be provided. A “no refunds” event policy does not remove this requirement or rights under applicable law. Contact the organizer or BLVD support if you have not received an update. Do not assume a cancellation announcement means the payment has already been refunded.

If you were charged twice

A duplicate completed charge for the same purchase must be refunded after verification. A temporary bank authorization and a completed charge are not always two payments. Send the order reference, amount and date to support so we can check; never send a full card number or security code.

If you can’t make it

The organizer’s refund policy disclosed before purchase applies to a change of plans, subject to applicable law. If no policy is shown, ask before buying. A transfer, when the event permits one, may be another option. Not attending does not automatically cancel a booking. Free RSVPs can be changed through the available RSVP controls; changing an RSVP does not refund a paid ticket.

Rescheduled or materially changed events

Check the organizer’s notice for the new arrangements and refund options. Contact the organizer if the change prevents you from attending. A postponed event is not automatically a completed refund. Event conditions cannot remove mandatory legal rights or be changed retroactively to deny rights attached to your purchase. If the event is canceled rather than rescheduled, the canceled-event rule above applies.

Request a review

Open Help & support in your account and choose Refund request, or email help@blvd.events. Include the event, order reference, purchase contact information and reason. Refund requests are shared with the responsible organizer and BLVD support. If you cannot access your account or the organizer does not resolve the issue, email us for help. Submitting a request does not cancel your ticket or move money.

After approval

A review decision and a processed payment refund are separate steps. Refunds normally go back through the original payment method. The provider and your bank determine when funds appear; we do not promise an instant credit. We will distinguish a pending, failed or completed refund when giving an update. A refunded or canceled ticket may no longer be valid for entry. Partial refunds affect the items identified in the refund confirmation.

Your rights

This policy does not remove rights under applicable consumer law or your card issuer’s dispute process. Contact support promptly so that the payment and event records can be reviewed. Bulivard LLC operates the platform; the identified organizer remains responsible for its event and refund obligations.
