Your agreement with BLVD
These terms govern the website services provided by Bulivard LLC, Florida, USA. By accepting these terms when creating an account or completing a transaction, you agree to them and the applicable event conditions disclosed before purchase. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher age requirement that applies to the service or event. If you are under the age of legal majority, use the service with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision. Organizers must have legal authority to contract and operate their events. Provide accurate information, use only accounts you are authorized to control, keep sign-in codes private and notify us of unauthorized access. An account or ticket does not override an event’s age, identity or admission requirements.
Our role and the organizer’s role
BLVD provides discovery, registration, ticketing and event-management tools. The organizer identified on an event page is responsible for that event, its description, venue, safety, accessibility arrangements, admission conditions, delivery and refund obligations. Bulivard LLC may also organize events identified as its own. Listing an independent event is not a guarantee of its quality or an endorsement. Ask the organizer about event-specific arrangements before booking.
Bookings, payment and admission
Review the event, date, location, quantity, admission rules, refund conditions and total before confirming. A selection or pending payment does not establish a completed purchase. Your confirmed booking or issued ticket states its status; approval-required requests do not reserve a confirmed spot until approved. Paid transactions are processed through Stripe. Organizers receive payments through their connected accounts; processor fees may apply to them. Any buyer charge must be disclosed before payment. Keep ticket links and QR codes private. Copies do not create additional admissions. Transfers are valid only through an available authorized transfer process.
Parking and optional extras
Parking is separate from event admission and is optional unless the event explicitly states otherwise before purchase. A parking add-on covers one vehicle under the lot’s disclosed terms, with no more than one parking pass per order. Review opening times, entry instructions and vehicle requirements. A parking pass does not include a promise of security for a vehicle or its contents. This does not exclude any duty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Refunds and changes
Our Refunds & cancellations policy governs canceled events and duplicate charges. For a change of plans, the organizer’s policy disclosed before purchase applies, subject to applicable law. Organizers cannot use a later policy change to remove rights attached to an existing purchase. A refund request or an RSVP change does not itself issue a refund. Statutory consumer and payment-dispute rights remain available.
Organizer obligations
Publish accurate event information, prices and refund terms; hold required permissions, licenses and insurance; follow applicable safety, accessibility, consumer, tax and privacy laws; honor confirmed bookings and required refunds; and promptly communicate cancellations or material changes. Keep Stripe information current and maintain funds needed for refunds and disputes. Use attendee information only for legitimate disclosed event purposes and communications you are permitted to send. Do not sell attendee data or add guests to unrelated marketing lists without an appropriate basis and any required consent. Team access must be limited to authorized people.
Content and community
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant BLVD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format and display that content as needed to provide and promote the event or feature where you submitted it, consistent with your visibility choices. You must have rights and permissions for photos, artwork, music, names and other material you upload. Do not post illegal, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, exploitative or infringing content; expose private information; impersonate others; spam users; manipulate bookings; or bypass security, access or capacity controls. Do not copy or resell the service or use automated access that harms it.
Reports, restrictions and appeals
Use an available Report action or email help@blvd.events to report abuse, unsafe listings or intellectual-property concerns. Include the relevant page and enough detail to investigate; do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. For copyright complaints, identify the work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact details, your authority to act and a good-faith explanation. We may restrict content or accounts to address violations, legal requirements or security risks. Contact support to contest a decision. Removal or suspension does not erase obligations relating to existing orders, lawful refunds or retained records.
Third parties and availability
Payment services, maps, embedded media and external websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control independent organizers or third-party services. We aim to keep the website available, but interruptions and errors can occur. Subject to rights that cannot be excluded, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or that all user content is accurate. Contact support about errors rather than repeatedly attempting a payment.
Responsibility and disputes
You are responsible for your unlawful conduct, unauthorized content and breaches of these terms. To the extent permitted by law, Bulivard LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or independent events. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any obligation or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Contact help@blvd.events so we can try to resolve a dispute. Florida law governs these terms except where mandatory protections in your jurisdiction apply. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to small-claims court or statutory remedies.
Changes and ending use
You may stop using the website and request account closure through support. Outstanding bookings, payment obligations and lawful record-retention duties may continue. We may update these terms and will give notice or obtain renewed agreement where required for material changes. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to the extent permitted by law.
